bryant split unit with dual zone thermostats, heat wont turn off

I turned on the heat and noticed after a few hours it was very hot in the house. The unit never shut off. it kept running past the set temp of 68. When i woke up the temp was 81 and climbing.

Just discovered this problem: the heat/pump was passing the set temperature - set to 70 and way passed 78F. Behind the wall of the themostate unit the whole where the wires are connected the cold air was coming in and interfared with the setting. I just ploged in the whle with cotton balls using wood stick. Well, the installer should know that the whole should be blocked, I will send them the bill for this! :)
