coil tanked year two

(New York)

I had an infinity series heat pump installed with propane boiler back-up here in the North East. The coil on the five ton unit stopped working after year two and I had to shoulder the replacement costs. The installer, this is not a carrier issue, also did not configure the ducting correctly and i have rooms that broil while others freeze. What is a carrier issue is the control panel. I have a lot of tiny electrical fluctuations where I live and need to reset the panel because it throws all sorts of error codes. I fired my old installer and have a new company for yearly check ups. They have been super helpful and they say the control panel I have, which is now about five years old, is more robust than the newer ones.
