Coleman heat pump in RV blowing compressors

by gart

I have a 2006 fifth wheel with a Coleman 2 ton heat pump. I have replaced the control board. After replacing a burned board I started the system, the fan turned on, the compressor turned on for about 30 seconds then it started leaking blue freon at the terminal. I have had 3 heating and cooling people look at this and the last one put in a new compressor. Heat pump was reinstalled in the basement of the RV and restarted today. It did the same exact same thing. It turned on for 30 seconds and blew at the terminals releasing all of the freon. Any thoughts?

yes outdoor fan was on. I did find a 30 amp/50 amp switch in the rear compartment that was installed backwards. I only had 30 amp service and the switch was on 50. I put it back in today with the second new compressor.

Maybe high pressure

It sounds like the compressor is not shutting off on high pressure. Is the outdoor fan operating?
