heat pump continues to blow cold air

The temperature is set to 71 on heat but it's only blowing continues cold air and the temp is reading 47. The fan outside is on and the inside fan sounds like the unit is struggling to run.

Air flow indicator keeps on flashing and thermostat flashes call for service and heat tempreture goes down will not go up again

My experience with this goodman "new" unit that the thermostat which is programmable gets stock with sticky key pads. Once I removed the front panel of the thermostat and placed it back on the "system wait" came on and the unit went on in AUX mode (=emergency mode) This is a HONEYWELL thermostat. I never had so much trouble with my simple thermostat with my 14 year old carrier unit. These new systems are nothing else just headaches and the contractor once installed the unit does not want to hear from you. Also Goodman's company in TX does not answer either for troubleshooting. How NICE Goodman. Also Goodman units have very loud compressors, can't compete with carrier old units. Not recommend this system.
