Low air flow and little heat with unit running

Can hear heat pump running. There is only a little air and stays on a lot.

I am having the same problem. This followed a power outage. the air that is coming out is warm but it just does not have the same pressure it use to.

unit running but not getting hot enough. temperature set on 70 thermometer is on 50
